We hired Paul to clean our dryer vent and we were so happy with his service! My husband and I are first time home owners and hadn't had our vent cleaned prior. Paul was very honest, thorough, and did great work! He explained everything to us so we understood what he was doing. He has a great work ethic and takes pride in what he does! He provided us with a great deal of advice, not only for our dryer but for other areas of our house in regards to things we hadn't even thought of. I called two places for a Chimney inspection. The first place never called back after 2 times. The next place gave me a price and said if he finds something wrong he will come back and go down the chimney which would be an additional charge. How does a person know if in fact there is a problem or not? When I spoke to Paul, he was very honest and upfront. I saw his review on being trustworthy which is important. He explained his procedure with inspections with a flat fee. He told me many horror stories from customers using other companies. He mentioned one place estimating a repair by double the price of what he charged. He came to the house and did a thorough job with the inspection. Far more than expected. I would recommend Paul to any one.

I hired Paul because I needed a cleaning and repair done on a chimney. Paul was patient with me and answered every question I had. He also explained in detail everything he would be doing and kept me informed as the job progressed. I had done my research and shopped around for the best pricing. Paul was an easy choice to hire for work on out gutters. He is easy to communicate with, is professional and well informed. His rate is very reasonable and he was incredibly flexible with timing. We plan to have him back to work on our chimney in the spring and I will keep him in mind for other jobs as they come up.
